- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with no credit card required. We only ask for payment details when you choose to upgrade.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
- What counts as a "post"?
- A post is a single piece of published content, regardless of how many platforms it is posted to. Drafts and scheduled (unpublished) posts do not count against your limit.
- What are image credits?
- Each AI-generated image (via Flux) costs 1 credit. Stock images from Unsplash or Pexels are free and do not consume credits. Credits reset at the start of every billing cycle.
- Which social platforms are supported?
- Flint currently supports Instagram (Business/Creator accounts), LinkedIn (personal profiles and company pages), and X/Twitter. Additional platforms are planned for future releases.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes — pay annually and save 20% across all plans. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your billing settings.
- What happens when I reach my post or credit limit?
- We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. Posts beyond the limit are queued and published once the next billing cycle begins, or you can upgrade your plan to continue immediately.
- Is my data secure?
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). OAuth tokens for social platforms are stored in an encrypted vault and are never exposed in plain text.
